Our Office Policies

Office visits are scheduled by calling the Framingham office, even for Milford and Emerson patient visits. We do our best to accommodate all visit requests. Whenever possible, advance notice for cancelled appointments is appreciated.

Prescription refills are required to be handled during normal office hours. Please provide us with at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice and have both the medication dosage and pharmacy telephone number available. No narcotic prescriptions or refills will be given after hours or on weekends.

At the time any test is booked, a follow-up appointment will also be arranged for you to review the result. This will allow you to have a meaningful discussion with your surgeon and arrange appropriate follow-up planning and action.

Our occupational therapists are part of our practice and are available to provide you with comprehensive care. If your plan requires you to obtain prior authorization for occupational therapy services, please contact your primary care physician and have them make the appropriate arrangements with our office in advance of your scheduled appointment with our therapists.

Our surgeons attend patients at three area hospitals: MetroWest Medical Center (Natick campus), Milford Regional Medical Center (Milford) and Emerson Hospital (Concord).
